atw: Numbered paragraphs ?

My god, I think they've done it...    

A new module in the Perl CPAN   (library of code modules -- never mind. but 
handy) is listed as:

MIL1750A-0.1 -- Conversion routines between decimal
    floating/integer values and hexadecimal values in the MIL-STD-1750A
    format.

Naah, they wouldn't, would they ?     They wouldn't be demanding hexidecimal 
numbering of paragraphs
in their docs, now,  would they ?   mm ?  

Good god, with that Commander in Chief, they just might..  
Although I don't think he'd necessarily know what hexidecimal numbers are, 
ignorance has not been an earlier barrier...

Must check.
