In just two weeks time, over 1,000 technical communication
professionals have joined The Content Wrangler Community, a social
network that allows techcomm pros to network, share knowledge, upload
files, share video and audio, create and read blogs, start and
participate in groups and discussion forums. I'm excited by the global
audience that the site is attracting and I would like to extend a
personal invitation to members of this list to join us.

Once you become a member -- it's free -- you can communicate with
other technical communicators, search the member directory, ask others
for advice, gain access to free content, conference tickets, job
listings, discounts on books and training, and network with your peers
in a friendly online interface. You might even find old friends that
you haven't seen for a very long time, which happened recently to a
member, who, after joining the community, found an old friend that he
had lost contact with for many years.
Please consider taking a few minutes to stop by the site, create a
profile, upload a photo (or an icon, should you prefer) and start
participating. I look forward to meeting you (virtually speaking).
