atw: LaTex to Word conversion

Can anyone recommend a reasonably good LaTex to Word converting program? =
 When I search the web I gain the impression that the last activity in =
creating a good converter was about five years ago. (Alternatively there =
is an excellent one out there, or the routine solution is to convert =
LaTex to HTML and thence to RTF/DOC formats.) Thanks in advance for any =
help and clarification.
