Technical Writer - Team Leader

software for Windows users!
My client is looking for an articulate Technical Writer with an eye for
detail and perfect command of the English language. This position also
involves handling the day to day management and coordination of of duties
within the team. This also includes managing the translation of product
documentation into foreign languages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the production of documentation
* Create and maintain effective work plans
* Ensure deliverables are met on time
* Manage documentation language translations
* Maintenance of existing documentation
* Provide ad-hoc requests for documentation as required by other
departments
* Participate in product meetings
Skills and Experience:
* Proven Technical Writing Skills in a software development
environment
* Knowledge of HTML;CHM
* Good understanding of the SDLC
* The ability to grasp complex technical procedures and present them
in layman's terms
* An excellent understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Perfect written English skills - essential
* MCP/MCSE knowledge is beneficial
* Analytical mind
