atw: Is this a chat room for distraction or is it about tech writing

Hey guys, the site is getting up towards 90% chatter if not more - that
still has to be looked at before deleting. And yes, I am sometimes
guilty of responding to chatter myself when not busy.

Nevertheless, for those of us actively trying to write, the chatter can
be a distracting waste of time. Please consider before posting pure OT
trivia. But do post good jokes - just don't use them to start an
interminable thread!
