atw: Introduction

Hi All,
 
Just a quick introduction.  This is about the second time I've joined
the list over the years.
 
My name is Shane and I live in Toowoomba, QLD.  We recently moved here
and after 20 years of high end computer network engineering work and
technical training I've decided to bite the bullet and offer tech
writing services to the region.  My wife convinced me that I'm one of
the unique geeks that can actually talk technical to people without them
having brain failurs.  My role as IT Manager in an Adelaide law firm
showed me that I can impart knowledge to non-IT people in a meaningful,
and sometimes useful way.  My speciality is IT including system
documentation, training, user manuals, procedure manuals and now moving
into VBA development.
 
I look forward to being part of the list and offering some (sometimes)
useful suggestions to the list.
