I work for this mob in Sydney. It is a good company to be working with. I
would apply formally but I can't leave Sydney for family reasons... I have
no complaints working with Metso. And you all know I would say so if I
did! I will actually be finishing with them in the Sydney office in late
January. Although I may be back part time again after the trip to Canada.
This West Perth role should be a pretty good one. You will be working on
mineral processing equipment (from ore to upgrading) which I found
fascinating. I have enjoyed the time with the engineering staff too, and I
know a couple of the people in Perth who you would be working with. They
have all been friendly, open and cooperative.
Rates will be determined on your experience, and will be negotiated as a
part time staff member or contractor for twelve months, so I think you get
sick pay and holiday pay entitlements. They have been generous to me.
PLEASE contact Agie Florkiwicz, whose details are below.
