atw: Help usage estimate

Hi all

I'm doing a capacity planning exercise as part of a help project for an SAP 
implementation at Coles Myer. The objective is to see whether additional 
infrastructure is needed to implement the help.

I'd appreciate any guidance on coming up with reasonable estimates for the 
following:

1. The % of SAP user sessions where a user will bother to access help. My guess 
is 5%.

2. The % of help user sessions where a user will try to access a CBT module 
covering a particular part of the system. My guess is 30%.
