atw: Garbling problem solved

OK, here's how I believe it works:

IF your message contains high ASCII characters (em- and en-dashes,
ellipses, curly quotes, etc.) and
IF you use Lotus Notes and
IF you post it to austechwriter...

it will come out garbled.

The first message I sent this morning had some text copied from a web page,
and came back garbled. I realised it contained some en dashes and fixed
them, but missed a couple of curly quotes. That was the second garbled
message. I fixed the curly quotes and sent it again, and that was third
time lucky.

Sheesh!
