Title: Senior Technical Writer/Communicator

Tool set: FrameMaker V7, FrameSLT, Robohelp for Framemaker, + any =
graphics package

Skills/Abilities:=20
=B7     Must be able to produce content for PDF/Print and CHM formats (with =
context sensitive help etc)
=B7     Must be able to manage documentation translated to multiple =
languages=20
=B7     Must have an understanding of working in an engineering/regulatory =
requirements environment.=20
=B7     FrameMaker experience should include conditional text, the use of =
variables, template construction and the issues related to rolling out =
the template. You will provide FrameMaker support for other tech =
comms/departments
=B7     Must have the ability to work autonomously and technically lead =
other members of the tech communications team
=B7     Must have a dedication to process improvement (and the stamina to =
implement)
=B7     Must have a clear understanding of the application of single source =
and content reuse
=B7     Experience or working knowledge of Structured FrameMaker, XML, =
DTD/EDD construction would be a bonus.

VFS has a substantial body of existing material that needs to be kept up =
to date in multiple languages. Release cycles tend to be fairly long but =
there are regular priority changes so this role would suit someone with =
the ability to juggle multiple jobs/priorities at the same time.

Full time position in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.=20
Salary range 60-90K depending on experience.
Immediate start.
