atw: Current or former Red hat technical writers?

Hello all.
I am a first time poster and have only recently subscribed to the list. Though I haven't contributed anything to the group yet, I'd like to ask for a favour!
Could any current or former Red hat (www.redhat.com) employees contact me off list? I'd like to know what it is or was like to work there, particularly their Brisbane office in a technical writing role.
