Marcus,  I assume that Virgin Credit is connected with the "Blue" in 
some way and I have to say that after two flights with VB (Perth - 
Sydney & V.V) I have to say I like their style.  They attend to the 
serious stuff about flying as well as use a friendly non-conformist 
chatty style when it comes to the housekeeping on board.  "Please 
switch off your mobile phones,  and if you don't know how, ask the 
nearest child".  "Anyone found smoking in the toilets will be asked 
to leave the plane immediately".

The serious was made personal.   " We know many of you make regular 
trans- Australia flights, but please take time to find out about this 
aircraft" .......   and later, before landing - "Take another few 
moments to refresh your knowledge of the emergency exits".

There's room for more like this.
