atw: CAN YOU RIGHT REAL GOOD SPECS?
This popped up on one of the job posts (name/location omitted to protect the morons). This is real, exactly as it was printed, I swear. Interesting skill set, but aside from the only requirement being a drug free, non-convicted, legal resident (!!!!!!), what part of having to TELL the prospective punter to please give us a clean, grammatically correct and spell-checked resume screams, "Technical Writer"?

MUST be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship: MUST BE A: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or US Perm Resident!!!!!! - At this time we do not support VISAS IF AN OFFER IS EXTENDED - IT WILL BE CONTINGENT UPON THE CONTRACTOR PASSING A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN PRIOR TO START DATE PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAN RESUMES, CHECK SPELLING/GRAMMAR VERY CAREFULLY. I'm trying to squash a real strong desire to dig up a pencil and a well-used napkin for a resume and compose it in all uppercase, sans any punctuation. 
My sympathies to the poor punter who has to rely on these spec(!!!!!!).
