atw: Available Contract Role - update on spec

Have some extra details just in from the client, rate is now up to $60p.h +
GST
 
 
Also with the role it will be documenting policy and procedures associated
with running an IT infrastructure department; including documenting the
current environment, updating the security policy, etc..
