atw: Apostrophes in Help

I've never seen that happen, _unless_ the apostrophe
is formatted differently from surrounding text. (The
same can apply -- in WinHelp at least -- to commas and
other punctuation. E.g. if a link occurs at the end of
a sentence and the author didn't format the full stop
as part of the link, it can get orphaned from the rest
of the sentence.)

Thanks for the link -- people can judge the article
for themselves. It says "leave punctuation marks out
whenever you possibly can", which I think is just
nonsense.
