atw: Anyone set-up modular NetHelp projects?

I'm trying to get my table of contents to generate properly. Instead of
showing the placeholders as "books" where you can drill down to the content
of each separate project, it's skipping the placeholders altogether and
displaying the headings from all the projects jumbled together in one long
list.

The annoying thing is it worked the very first time I generated the combined
projects but hasn't been the same since I tried including an additional
project.

I've tried creating the hub from scratch, checked all my paragraph styles
and removed the additional project - starting to despair that I'll ever get
it working! 

Would appreciate any suggestions :)
