Dear austechies,
I am looking for a training writer (or technical writer with experience
writing training materials) to research, design and write product training
manuals for a telecommunications company.
The principal tasks of this role are:
* Liaise with business experts to identify content required for training
courses.
* Create a design framework for courses.
* Prepare course content and coordinate reviews.
Desirable kills include:
* Experience in developing technical training manuals and trainer notes,
preferably for voice, internet and data communication products
* Meticulous attention to grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation
* Ability to research and interpret material from a variety of sources
* Experience in Instructional Design
* An awareness of adult learning principles
* Project management skills
* Excellent Word and Excel skills
