Demonstrated success in process documentation in complex change
environments.
Prior experience with payroll systems essential.
Ability to develop a good working relationship with SME.
Well developed knowledge of the document management methods and process.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
HTML experience (Support Point).
Ability to problem solve/analyse information.
Change management skills, Superior documentation skills.
Understanding of process documentation versus functional documentation.
