Hello everyone.
Reason I am sending this Email is to let you all know I have broken an
ankle (left ankle) as a result of a skiing accident at the snow last
weekend!

Ironically I was doing as told by my physiotherapist, "be careful."
Since I can safely say I am a very advanced skier, I was very surprised
and aggravated, as I had the injurious fall at walking pace, on easy
ground I had covered many, many times before!

The prognosis is that the left ankle fracture requires a pin placed in
it, and to sort everything out, I am going to get my left knee ACL
re-constructed. This sequence will cause some minor disruptions to my
routines, with a couple of (usually very short) hospital stays involved.


Please note that if you send me an Email you require me to action
urgently, please follow that up with two phone calls, one to my home
number and one to my mobile phone! As you know, my work at present
doesn't require much mobility, and I am able to continue supply as
required. I will fit medical things around my professional requirements
as much as possible.
