Hi,
Could this also be a difference in language use between aussie states? I've
worked in software development in Melbourne for the last 3 1/2 years (2 1/2
of those as a tech writer) and never come across that usage for 'angry'.
I'm assuming Kirsty is from QLD and Stuart's in NSW.
How new is it? Does it refer to a particular type of software development?
industry specific?
thanks,
Fiona
Hi,
I agree that it is a fairly common term in software development. I've used
=
it and heard it used in the context Stuart describes. I don't actually get
=
connotations of "angriness" from the word; to me it just means they've=20
used it for real & have seriously tested it.=20
