As I said in a previous email, I have not submitted my cv for a long time. However if I were to submit a cv I would not wish it to be "modified" or changed to the third person etc. I think a cv submission should be presented as supplied by the cv "owner". Certainly there is no harm in an agency assisting in recommending content, the agency "knows" the client and of course this can be useful to the applicant. Advice on cv content or presentation I think could be welcome, though personally I think that the actual cv should only be modified by the cv owner. Maybe I'm old fashioned :-) but I think a person should obtain a job/contract on their own merit, not what HR thinks or writes (butchers :-)) .
