Well Stuart (Burnfield) I know what you mean.

The best one was where a recruiter tried to open a ZIP file with Word, 
wondering why it took so long to load, had hundreds of "pages" with nothing 
in between and crashed her PC.

...and they call themselves IT specialists.

Eventually, I had to write instructions for her to open the file.
