[austechwriter] Re: PDF vs Word

Bill,

I find in some situations it is quicker to just cut, paste and apply your
own styles to the unformatted text.

If you have:

*  Acrobat 5 (full version) you can Save As a text file.
*  Acrobat 4, you can use a text extraction plugin from Iceni Technology Ltd
(iceni.com)

An alternative is Omni Page Pro 12 converts pdf files to Word (Word 97, Word
2k) files, Rich Text, Text, Framemaker, Excel files ...
