Provider and acceptor / accepter. As always with any service, as
distingushed from goods where you have Sender / Provider and Receiver /
Consumer.

An organisation is inviting offers

That organisation is the offeree (oh yes it is!)
The people who respond to the invititaiton are the offerors or offerers

Anyone know?
