[austechwriter] Offerees inviting offers from offer(whats)?

A ticklish one for the purists.  Can any of you help with the legally corre=
ct term here

An organisation is inviting offers

That organisation is the offeree (oh yes it is!)
The people who respond to the invititaiton are the offerors or offerers

Anyone know?
