[austechwriter] OT - terrorist threats in Australia

The electricity may be a worry - but everyone knows where Melbourne's =
gas supplies come from, and they also know how to disrupt it - anyone =
else remember the Longford gas explosion? Two weeks of trying to use a =
solar shower in the middle of winter and cooking on an open fire in the =
back yard.......=20

I'm not sure whether a repeat would bring Australia to its knees or not. =
Maybe we should petition Parliament to draft a new law that says anyone =
who disrupts Melbourne's gas supply will be sentenced to spend four =
weeks wearing ice-filled waterproof trousers (with or without underwear =
depending on the severity of the offence).
