Hi fellow Austechwriters,
The other day, I got a direct E-mail from an Austechwriter subscriber who
wanted to ask me something off-list.
I saw it momentarily while browsing through my ISP's Web mail interface, as
I was on site at the time.
When I collected my mail at my home office, my Spam filtering, which now
blacklists entire mail servers, must have trashed that letter and, getting
home rather late and being exhausted as I was, after a full-on day
documenting things technical on contract, I forgot to wade through my
E-trash, to check for anyone that I should whitelist back to my in-box from
such servers, before closing my E-mail application.
Hence, I trashed a message to which I was intending to reply.
That author will know who he or she is so, all I ask is that you please
send that message again and I'll have another go at wading through my
E-trash, whitelisting you so that you don't enter the Spammers' Black
Hole. Then I shall reply to you as soon as I have a free moment to do so.
Thanks in anticipation and with apologies for any inconvenience caused by
the above.
Sincerely,
Michael Granat
