Folks,
Does anyone know how to put a non-breaking forward slash into a variable
definition in Mac FM?
I want to make a URL a variable, and I don't want line breaks after the
"/" characters, in the middle of the URL. Following the pattern for
non-breaking other characters, I put a backward slash before each forward
slash, but that didn't work: the backward slash was ignored and the lines
were still broken after the forward slash.
Putting tyhe URL on a line of its own is a solution, but that clashes
with another typographical convention I using.
