I fixed it by Maggieing the Word document. What I'm more interested in is
what causes it so I can try and be sure it won't happen again.

Not "just", but yes, I do run Frame 7. Despite being a registered user, I
didn't know there was a patch, so I'll go and hunt for it now. Thanks.
