[austechwriter] Distiller installation for PDF

How can I install distiller to my new computer running XP Home. The install
printer only sends me to a wizard with no allowance for distiller.
Maybe I don't need distiller???
So how do I create a PDF in Frame??? So I thought new computers were fun!!!!
