[austechwriter] Boilerplates

I killed a lively thread earlier this year regarding boilerplates in Word,
pending KeyWord's release. It's out, so I am more than happy to discuss the
ramifications. For those folks NOT in the ASTC(NSW) and thus didn't see the
article, it will be up on tech whirler's soon, or it comes included with my
Word Spellbook, a veritable font of esoteric knowledge.
