Hi mohamad,
if you haven't already come across it, there's a guide to audacity for jaws 
users which you may find helpful. Nearly all of it is also useful if you're 
using nvda or window-eyes rather than jaws. It's available here:

It contains a section on recording, and the append record command is described 
in the recording controls sub-section.
