Incidentally ya'll, I've had three or four unsubscribe requests come through in the past couple of days. My guess is they were from folks who signed up to find about about LOCAL prog happenings, rather than general music rants.

Of course, I have nothing against music rants! But I, too, would like to see a bit more discussion about some local things - for instance...

Who is going to Nektar Caravan?

Who, besides me, is disappointed that TMB WON'T be bringing the Lamb here the fall after all? (There may still be hope for the spring, though).

Are there any local bands who aren't on the list who might be interested in being part of the showcase series?

Any big news from any member bands?

Anyone going to Gogol Bordello at the Contemporary Art Center (maybe not "prog" but certainly "Art" rock)?
