Something I might suggest for on-line electronic press kits would be
sonicbids. Saw this when they first came out with it. Couldn't hurt and
the cost isn't very much. Check out www.sonicbids.com to learn more. 
Not sure if it will help, but it was a thought.

That's cool Brian.  I'm planning to look into having the majority of
this
done by a company, if possible - all the various compilation stuff.
I'll
research it today and get back to you guys.  Maybe all we need to do is
tell someone like this what we want exactly and submit all the material,
Brian can write the text, etc.  We have to think about exactly what this
"package" should be.  What do we want it in, what do we want it to look
like?  Thoughts?
