How about this (feel free to propose amendments):
 
1. ALL members will be listed in ARIA® materials available at booth.
2. Members who HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS of booth will have publicity materials for 
that band, including CDs for sale, available at booth.
3. Members who provide someone to SIT AT THE BOOTH for a period of time t.b.d. 
(plus helping with the costs) will have all of the above plus their best CD in 
a Walkman equipped with earphones.
 
I'd hate to let this opportunity get away from us because of scheduling 
conflicts.
