11:11 Teahouse Benefit
Helping out our buds - For the past two years 11:11 Teahouse has been supporting artists, musicians, gardeners and tea enthusiasts. We're inviting all to come down to celebrate and help raise some funds to help get a sound system for the space: PA, mics, speakers, etc. 

Saturday,  Sept. 1, 8:00PM, $5
Athens Boys Choir, Team Gina, Katastrophe
Spoken word, hip-hop, and more!

August’s Eyedrum Podcast This month we played a whole lot of Mothguts' set from July, some things by Erik "Killick" Hinds and LaDonna Smith (who will be playing as a duo on August 9th), and a long song by Philly psych band Radio Eris. Then we had Gavin Frederick of Stickfigure Records visit us in studio and tell us about some bands that are playing two showcases that he's doing at Eyedrum on August 10th and 24th. We played selections by Sorry No Ferrari, Big Penguin, 13 Day Mission, Jaggery and Envie. hosted by Chris Campbell.
