I mostly agree with you Wade, but the PROs would then come back with BS 
about CDs played between sets, the radio on in the bar, etc. It's an 
inherently flawed system.

(for those who haven't figured it out yet - PRO = Performing Rights 
Organization - ie ASCAP, BMI, etc.)
