Agreed, Gene!

For rehearsing parts, writing new parts, etc., having
"Ben Timely" or "Miss Lynn" or "Dr. Rhythm" at your
side is a handy tool. ;-)

I think the backlash was over actual major label
releases using these devices as the real drummer!
