Speaking of soul, there are a few modern R&B records I love, that fit the
preferences I listed in my last post-- MeShell NDege Ocello's "Plantation
Lullabies" and Seal's first two records (produced by Trevor Horn).  While
we're on the subject, George Clinton is playing tonight at the On The Bricks
concert at Centennial park.  I wouldn't normally go out of my way to see him
but hey it's only $3.
