[atlantaprog] Zentropy House Concert - this Friday

Hi Z-People,
This coming Friday, Zentropy (AWG's other group) will be starting a series of monthly house concerts at AWG's new studio. Each of these shows will be recorded in multitrack and mixed down into a podcast that will then be made available to anyone who's interested/ Also, these tracks will form the basis of an upcoming Zentropy CD release.
We'd like about a dozen of you to come and be a part of this new adventure! The new Z-studio (affectionately known as *Z-Drum*) is in the same building as Eyedrum, so it's centrally located. Please RSVP if you intend to come, because (seriously) we can only fit about a dozen folks in there comfortably and still have room to play!
We will provide liquid refreshment (and would certainly appreciate a small donation), but this is mostly about making music for folks who want to hear it.

If this house-concert model works out well, look for guest musicians, concept nights, video screenings, etc. to follow. Also look for Z- Axis to begin their OWN series of events in the not so distant future.
Speaking of Z-Axis, we're still alive and kicking! This new space has inspired a flurry of writing and composing, and we made a commitment to ourselves not to play out again until we have a whole set of mostly all-new material to share. It's pretty invigosring! And it s going very well, so it won't be long before more Z-Axis news is forthcoming.
