[atlantaprog] Re: Whither ARIA?

It would be my hope that ARIA continues. Although interest seems to have waned
lately, the spirit and intentions still remain intact. Supporting Progressive
music in Atlanta is more than just trying to get your own band gigs but also
promoting and attracting progressive acts to come to ATL. Let's keep it
going.............H

Hi,
It's been a few months since the last Manuel's meeting. If enough of
you are up for it, I'll try and book one for late May/early June. We've
got Roguefest coming up, as well as a monthly series now in limbo. Let
me hear from you!

BTW, re. the monthly series - Matthew is still trying to keep it alive
in some incarnation, but he's quite busy with the Renaissance Fair and
with planning for Roguefest and doesn't have a lot of time to devote
right now. Maybe one of us should pick up the slack? Either talk to
Curtis at 9-Lives or seek out another venue (Matthew's thinking
Brandyhouse, but there may be other options. Jakes comes to mind).

Thoughts?

AWG

PS Matthew, I hope you don't mind me speaking for you on the list!
