Ah, Ian and the boys. I just replaced my long-lost copy of "Songs From
the Wood", and have it in heavy rotation right now.
That's great that they were in good form. I've gotten to see them 3-4
times over the years, starting back on the "Rock Island" tour. I've
never been disappointed, or even close to it.
Last time I saw them in Atlanta was at Chastain, and they were even
impressive there. And that's no mean feat, what with all the yuppie
picnicking.
They did a very large section of "Thick as a Brick" (well beyond the
standard edits), which was a total treat. I would have loved to hear
all the accoustic stuff -- that's really Ian's bag, baby.
