Hello folks,
As I am about to embark on this years version of progoween, I am again
looking for spooky proggy suggestions. We are a body of very well versed
prognauts and we should be able to come up with some things that I have not
played in previous halloween shows. One thing I am really out to get is
Toccata & Fugue by ELP but I do not even know which album it is on...I swear
I have heard this (not talking about Ginestra's Toccata though, that one is
on Brain Salad and I have it). Also, does anyone know if there is a prog
version of Night on Bald Mountain by Mussorgsky?
Here are some thoughts for reflection:
What scares you either now or when you were a kid? I thought about
following a thread on householder nightmares (The roof is leaking, songs
about debt and bankruptcy lol).
Phobias?
Evil, Devils, Haunted, Ghosts, Seance, darkness, masquerade, costume, hell,
aliens, spooky
In the past I have done serial killers (great show but very adult scary with
Blackest eyes and such)
Also, while I am delving here, Has anyone ever seen a version of Holst's
Planets with Keith Emerson on it? (Not Mars, that is on Powells cd).
Happy Halloween and thanks for your feedback,
Woody
