Paul Tibbets, pilot of the B-29 bomber "Enola Gay" that dropped the atomic bomb
on Hiroshima, has died at age 92.

Just thought I would mention the Rush song "Manhattan Project" (Power Windows
album) popped into my head shortly after reading the obituary online. Being
both a fan of Rush and a fan of (military) history as well, I thought that it
was a poignant moment.
Let's hope that good men like Tibbets will never have be called upon to
perform such duties (i.e. deploy a nuclear weapon, a.k.a. "drop a nuke") ever
again.
Regards,
Bill
