To anyone interested,
First on a personal level I have finally moved to working a day shift.
This will allow for more interaction with the station.
Today I am happy to announce few changes that have taken place.
First the stream at Live365 has been discontinued. It was not working
out and it was causing more problems with folks trying to tune in.
Today however is the beginning of the new stream at 32k Stereo using
MP3Pro.
So the training wheels come off. These changes include a couple of added
features, first of which is you will no longer require you to register
to listen to the stream and second is the sound quality of the stream.
The subscription streams will remain unchanged at this time.
So stop by, tune in and let me know what you think of the changes.
A couple of shows of interest:
PROG METALHEADS: Friday June 18th I'll be doing a special featuring the
music of Dream Theater as well as all the side projects and bands each
member has been a part of. Check out the website for details.
--------
Saturday June 19th: Rites Of Spring Festival Revisited: It will feature
bands that were a part of the festival with interview clips, sounds and
much more. As an encore it will feature the new CD from IQ 'Dark
Matter'.
--------
Programming note: I am planning a Rogue Fest feature I'd like to discuss
next Tuesday at the meeting.
Greg
