Every year for the past 10 years I have gotten together halloween
compilations. I have sought out the spookiest and eeriest music for these
compilations, but I have always focussed on their being a party at hand.
This year with the new Soundscape gig, I have moved to something darker.
There are of course tons of dark musics to choose from in the world. There
is dark metal, there is goth, but there are many spooky songs that slide in,
in other spaces as well. Sometimes the set I am offering you here, is bone
chillingly frightening just due to some real world notions. If you are
hearing the archive I suggest you extend your celebrations and embrace your
shadow selves for yet another 4 hours. Believe it or not, I still had lots
more to offer so I will expect you back this time next year to get more
scary goodies. Next week we will catch up on some things and present you
with music from String Driven Thing as well.
