Oops. Mea culpa. Apparently they don't have Saturday hours. But they are opening on every show night. This is from Variety's site:

The Variety box office is operated Monday-Friday from 12 noon to 6 p.m. We are also open on nights of performances 90 minutes prior to showtime. Ticketmaster will-call tickets will be available on show nights when the box office opens. Please bring photo ID and your Ticketmaster confirmation number to pick up tickets.
