It was a bad joke about how SGM is being 'supported by United States'
(actually 'Untied States' is their name). The ICOTW is Dubya's bad joke about
how countries like Eritrea are really helping in Iraq and it's not just us and
Britain doing 95% of it. Reminds me of the Bill and Melinda Gates charitable
foundation. How much do you think she's kicking in?
