OY! Mark and Allen...do you guys REALLY think he'll go to jail? I mean come on...if so I doubt for very long...they are letting him tour..whens court?  Is there a date yet or did they do it already?  oh well.

Well as far as I know the case hasn't come to trial and he's out on bond. But what I remember, it sounds like they've got a pretty good case against him. After all, he DID push a cop down some stairs!

I wonder how his Canadian citizenship will affect proceedings? I sort of surprised they let him go back to Canada (if he's even BEEN back).
