I don't doubt he's guilty of something (like being a drunk and disorderly on New Years Eve, imagine that), but 5 years for pushing someone or scuffling, and marked for life as a felon? Uniform or not, anything more than 60 days and a fine is absurd.

I agree, but it really sounds like to cops have it in for him.... "brothers in blue" ya know.
